We designed and established the email marketing automation framework within one month by accurately syncing Klaviyo with Shopify. Initially, we set up 9 automation flows comprising 38 emails. After 6 months of optimization, we expanded this to 12 flows and 46 emails, including A/B test variants. Following the first 3 months, there's been a remarkable increase in email revenue, open rates, and click-through rates, rising between 15% to 270%.
