The project involved the migration of Dermalogica Singapore's eCommerce platform from Magento to Shopify. This comprehensive engagement encompassed eCommerce strategy at the business, functional, and technical levels, as well as ongoing management of the website. We implemented effective retail strategies and activations, facilitated systems integration, performed a thorough website audit, and executed optimization strategies. Our focus also included enhancing the website UX through design and development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
