This involved conducting thorough user research to enhance UI/UX and ensure a seamless user experience across multiple devices. Key features included the capability for 'Ship from Store' and 'Buy Online Pick up in Store' (BOPIS), alongside integration with Product Information Management (PIM), Order Management System (OMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, which enabled real-time inventory checks.
