While listing products to my store, I encountered product status as "sold out" when clearly there were a large inventory of the product. I worked for hours trying different settings and researching different sites to figure out how to correct this error. Finally, I decided to contact ZOPI via chat not expecting much help. To my surprise and delight, a representative responded and assisted me perfectly. I am new at dropshipping and basically a layman with the terms needed to explain my issue.
