We've been using this for a long time now and we love everything about it! We love being able to customize everything to fit with our brand. And the customer service... they are fantastic. They respond right away and are always nice and super helpful! They are truly a pleasure to work with.

Support was good, but the app stopped working after a few months with no resolution or explanation

The Vify team has been excellent to work with. Their customer service is great, including their response time for inquiries. We are successfully up-and-running using their app, and sales are rolling in.

Updated review May 6, 2024 (15 months later). I discovered today that my gift cards were no longer showing the custom options that I put on them over a year ago. After exchanging messages with support, I discovered that at some point, the ability to add these options was moved from the free plan (the only plan available when I got the app) to a paid plan. I was never informed that I'd need to start paying 9.99 per month to keep these options, and instead the features just stopped working. So for *how long*, I have no idea, my pages have just had blank squares where gift card images should be. It just feels like a bait and switch. I have a lot of time invested in creating these and at no point was I informed that the features I was using and building would one day be under the paid umbrella. I understand that companies must make money, and with the additional features of paid plans I may have one day upgraded. But to TAKE A MAJOR FEATURE away is pretty terrible service. I am on the search for something else as I no longer feel this is trustworthy. Previous review February 2023: In just the days I have had this I have seen improvements in the capabilities of this app—the support is very responsive to the questions and requests I have made, and I love that I can create multiple gift cards with different designs for events and occasions. There was one thing I couldn't work out and I set them up as collaborator to fix it and by the next morning it was fixed. By all means, look up my website to see how good the gift cards look. I have used a lot of APPS and I rarely leave a review. But in this case i am leaving one because the app is an excellent for offering gift cards on your site. It has everything you need. The chat response is very quick and they are very patient to understand your issue if any. Price is also Great as opposed to the others I checked. They dont have a Thousands of reviews but I foresee them gaining quick.

It has been easy to set up and had a query today which was answered quickly and helped me step by step even though I was not sure about what I had to do. Would highly recommend.

Wow! Honestly a great app! I am so excited to be able to promote our gift card program in this way. I just installed this app & reached out to support with some questions. Jack got back to me immediately!! He did what I was asking for, for me! Answered 1,000 more questions I had, pointed out ideas, the customization features, etc. I'm very impressed with any organization that shows this level of customer care & experience. Bravo! I love this app so far. Using it to launch digital gift cards and Vify makes the gift cards and delivery much more user-friendly for both us to manage and the customer who receives them. Previously I had setup the gift cards natively through Shopify, and while I could have done everything Vify does, it would have required a lot of custom work and time. Vify makes it all happen much quicker and with less stress.

I have had nothing but Excellent service with this company. The app is great, does everything I need it too. The cost is reasonable and I can't emphasize enough how helpful they are. They answer so fast, fix any issue you may have and answer all of your questions. Not that there are a lot of issues with the app, but I just had several questions and one hiccup during my setup and they helped me with all of it so very quickly. Reliable and professional. This is the type of company I want to support - because they support their customers with Excellence! Thanks to everyone at Vify.

Great free app that fills a need left by Shopify's out-of-the-box Gift Card product. Quick troubleshooting and setup help, too!

Simply did not work (gift cards would not be the correct amount). Support was bad when trying to fix the issue. Would not recommend.
