Dan went above and beyond. Not only did he solve my implementation issue, which was my fault. He also found and fixed a data definition issue in my cart unrelated to the app. That is integrity. I'm also pleased with how easy it was to customize the design myself. I have very rudimentary knowledge when it comes to programming and coding so anything that allows me to avoid paying exorbitant fees for what should not be terribly difficult is awesome. Highly recommended!

Used many other apps before this one. I decided on Supercart because the response from the moment you click on Add to cart to the appearance of the drawer is instantaneous. Nice, not overloaded visuals and there are all the necessary options for detailed customization. And also very pleased with customer service. The response to my suggestions or questions comes within 3 minutes, I have not seen this anywhere else.

Great support and tons of opportunities

needed the features that this app offered but they need to use ONLY the cart they offered, you can't use it with default shopify cart. 2. i have a few electronics products that required extended warranty but there is no option to choose warranty only if some SKU added to cart, it will offer to ALL products that it stupid. i played around 10mins and deleted the app. also there is no chat in app , so nobody will help you asap.

This app is legit. It has great functionality and doesn't impact your store's speed at all. In addition, as has been stated in other reviews, the service behind this app is outstanding. We had an issue that required custom work to make the app function properly and they went above and beyond to make it all happen. The app is great and the support behind it is even better. This app pays for itself. The insurance feature has helped us recover a ton of losses due to packages going missing. It also reduces ticket time and frustration from the customer. I'm always wary of apps and how they'll work on my site, but Dan from customer service addressed every concern with lightning quick responses. Really happy!

Supercart is hands down one of the best cart systems I have ever seen on Shopify. Instantly after turning on I started making money with shipping insurance and donations. Over 70% of my orders are getting upsells. I am currently two weeks in, and supercart has generated me over $7200 extra. Starting off the user interface can be very daunting, but the developers worked around the clock with me because I knew I wanted to implement the features. It is 50000% worth it.
