this might be about my usage. 1. no customer service. 2. There are a few shops connected to my facebook and this app is not able to get access to facebook or instagram. 3. there is no one to help us for this kind of cases. Not specifically this app based issue. I tried several and they are not able to get the access through

Love this app - it makes so much sense to post the products to FB. Love that it works and is easy to use. Also affordable. Using it on 2 accounts with 2 shopify stores.
