It's a great app for rewarding sales with volume discounts. Customer service is responsive too!

One day the app doesn't work anymore. Always send this error: errors/app_permissions?error=eyJlcn... and i have all credentials to use it. The worst, RecurrinGo don't have a communication channel to talk about this problem. If i can give you -10 star ill do it.

The app has worked excellently so far and customers have taken to our subscriptions very well. Customer service is fast and friendly (thanks Artem). What is a pity is that the upsell widgets do not work with Slide Cart. That would be a good added value. I'm looking forward to testing the build-a-box function now. Above all, we no longer have any work to do with customers. Once set up, everything runs automatically. Good for us and our customers.

Update: This used to be a free app, which sadly it was never deleted! I just found out they have been changing me $19 for MONTHS!!! Stay away from this! This APP does not work anymore. The app page in control panel goes in a non-stop refresh loop. I have tried to contact support for more than a month with no response yet. App does not even works in the example store they advertise in this page. ...It was a nice app while it worked, but it does not anymore and customer service is ignoring all emails. http://shop.koreanfairyskincare.com

This app wasn't useful for my use case and eventually I was charged for services I shouldn't have been. The developer reached out to me and made it right. Clearly they stand behind their product. If you need this service, this is the way to go.

We migrated from another platform (WordPress) to Shopify and decided to use the RecurrinGO! app for managing our subscriptions. The entire migration process was incredibly smooth and took us only about 10 minutes to export our subscriptions. In terms of functionality it does exactly what I need. I seldom leave reviews but the guys are excellent. Thanks to the team for helping us transitioning our subscription service from another app. They set up the subscription software seamlessly within our purchase flow. Though I wanted some customization options not available within the app, the devs reacted quickly to my requests and made all the changes I needed swiftly. Thank you!

The app has a bunch of ways to set up and manage subscriptions, and the upsell feature is super useful. The support team was awesome and helped us out every step of the way as we got everything set up. Really smooth and easy.

Do not use. Unauthorized charges to my card. Not sure if the app was sold around March but I was a client for 2+ years. In March 2024, things changed with this company. Beware. Support doesn’t reply to claims.

Awful business ethics of the people behind this app. As others have stated, I was on a free plan and without my approval they switched my account to a paid subscription without proper notice. They promised in an email after the change, that any requests to revert back to a free plan would be promptly processed. However, 2 weeks and 2 email requests later, they ignored the request. I have reported this app to Shopify, as this is a violation of their terms.

This app is shady. I was using a free version and after a while they automatically opted me into a paid version, their justification being that I was notified through a newsletter (which I never saw). Not worth it. They clearly pump up their positive reviews with obvious generic 5 star reviews. Avoid shady companies that use these practices.

This is a really great app and easy enough to use. The one major draw back is that any subscription discount offered is deducted from the current price displayed, regardless if that product is already on sale. So the net-effect is you're forced to give up the subscription discount plus any other discount you're offering on the product. It can be messy and costly, so be cautious of that. What should really happen is the subscription discount should be calculated on the compare-at-price (i.e. the normal retail price) However, the app integrates easy and fits in nicely with my website.
