Customer service is top-notch! Zora helped me with all my issues. Their "Part of order is a pre-order alert message" is exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't find this feature anywhere else. They also cover features similar to other apps at a lower cost. Easy to use, amazing overall!

It is a good app that helped continue conversions (during a temporary product outage due to supply chain issues). Support was responsive and quickly helped resolve my questions. Simple to install and configure. I highly recommend this app while you're temporarily waiting on more inventory.

I have to say I am enjoying using this app and support is excellent. We had a little issue once installed but the developers sorted i straight away. I had a questin about variants and the live chat was fab and helped me within minutes. Seems to be excellent value for money and as a small charity things like this really make a difference

UPDATE: They were having an app-wide malfunction and helped get everything sorted! The app has been malfunctioning for a week and causing havoc in our store. I have been trying to get the developer to fix it and they keep giving me the run around telling me it will be fixed in 24hrs and nothing. The thing is I know that they are lying and have not tried to troubleshoot my store at all. I had given them developer access a week ago and still have not seen anyone from their end log into my store. Completely unprofessional - I would avoid.
