I chose this app from among the many pickup/delivery scheduling options because it made it easy to enable pickup scheduling on just a single day one month in the future which is the nature of our "buying club" Shopify application. Kyle, the developer, was very responsive in resolving any issues that turned up and in helping me to "stretch" the app beyond its intended limits. It saved us a great deal of correspondence effort by enabling buyers to sort themselves into 15-minute pickup slots, each with a set order limit. I would love if it could fully sync with the Shopify database such that changing pickup times manually in the app also changed the tags appended to the order, and vice versa that editing or cancelling orders within Shopify propagated through into the pickup calendar within the app. This may well be beyond the capability of *any* available pickup/delivery app, or maybe even technically impossible for reasons I don't understand, but I would challenge Kyle or any other developer to make it happen :-).

I run my store by myself as my part time business. I'm only available 50% of the month and this app made my life much easier. Been using this app for a couple of years and it's the best solution to communicate your availability before customers place their orders.

This should be your only choice for managing pickups. Why? 1. Out of 13 apps checked, they are the only ones that get the customer workflow correct. All the others prompted the customer to input a Shipping Address or Pickup Address - neither should be included in the customer workflow. 2. Super easy setup - plus you can turn it on and off directly in your Theme Settings under App Embeds. 3. Developer is super responsive.

Amazing app and this is so easy to install and setup. We require an app to fulfill our instore order pickup and this gives our customers an option to select the day and time they would prefer to collect their orders from us. I chose this app specifically because I needed the ability to exclude my drop-shipped products from the local pickup option. The scheduling calendar had a UI bug with my current theme and it was addressed and fixed within hours of me sending an email. While I installed this app on my personal store, I work with development teams and even implement Shopify stores for my day job and this app, and this developer, will absolutely make my short list of recommendations for my clients going forward.

This app is perfect for my bakery! I can easily block out dates so customers can only choose my available dates for their cake pickups. Keylay Apps has been SUPER helpful in answering all my questions. Super quick responses. I'm thoroughly impressed. One small thing I wish this app included was the ability to embed just the availability calendar anywhere on my website. For example, on my homepage, I'd like customers to be able to view my availability before they go through the trouble of placing an order and only then finding out their date isn't available. I'm still giving this app 5 stars because it does exactly what it advertises, customer service is awesome, and it works super well.

This app is exactly what our business needs! As a highly seasonal business that attends various different markets throughout the year we needed something that would enable our clients to easily schedules times to pick up their products at our various locations, without having to consonantly be in contact with us. The support offered by the developer is extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure whatever the problem I was encountering was taken care of. Whether it be user error or even problems with the shopify it's self.

This is an amazing app, it has helped us so much. Quick reply times and they even customized some content for us. Will be using this app when we launch our next website soon.

This is a great little app that has everything my business needs. It's fast to set up and easy to use and provides a benefit to me, my customers and my store that far outweighs its price. I must have looked at well over fifteen pick up and delivery apps before deciding on this one by Keylay Apps. I'm glad I did, not only it is aesthetically clean and simple, but customer support is outstanding. Earlier this week I was having an issue with my delivery fee not showing up in my cart, and Kyle was extremely helpful with trouble shooting the problem. After a few back and forth emails, he helped me figure out the solution and now all is working great! Don't be hesitant in asking questions prior to installing this delivery app, or after you've installed it if you're having problems, because customer support is patient and prompt in responding to your emails. Well worth the monthly fee!

Very good Pickup & Delivery app, it is easy to set up and and comes with comprehensive features! I tried many delivery apps, this is the best delivery app I would say, it comes most of the features we need. The support is fantastic too, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended! Customer service is awesome!! The app had a few kinks during my initial setup (due to conflicts with another app) but Kile fixed them in just a few moments. This app has helped us be able to better control our day by not having 10 orders due at the same time. Wonderful!

We were looking for an application to have both price range by zones of delivery and displaying the calendar for our customers to choose a day. Great app ! Best option for pickup imo. Got a couples of requests that were filled withins days. Got 2 lines of css to write so it'll look good on my custom theme and it was really to go. Thanks a lot !
