The app automatically monitors pending orders, draft orders, and abandoned checkouts in the background and sends email reminders. If the order is not paid within the specified timeframe, it will be automatically canceled and the inventory will be restored. App is easy to configure and use. Does exactly what it is supposed to. Had a couple of issues, like you get with most apps, but the support response was swift, helpful and resolved the problems quickly and efficiently. If you are looking to automate payment follow up's etc. I would certainly recommend this app.
