We used the Swipecart no-code mobile app builder to build an exclusive mobile app for our brand SUFFIRE. We focus on genderless jewelry and accessories. Hence, it was essential for our app to have elements that make the app look elegant and user-friendly. Swipecart mobile app builder had all the features we needed. We built the app effortlessly without writing a single line of code. Highly recommended!

Very hard to get support. Pros: Price is affordable and it says it can work with Smile points, but paying for a service that doesn't work at all isn't fun.

No support at all, make yourself a favour and search a different app. They don’t answer to an issue in their app even after we sent several messages.

I’ve been a loyal user of this app for a long time, but recently I’ve encountered significant issues with reaching support. Despite patiently waiting for days, there has been no update or resolution. It’s incredibly disappointing. The helpdesk and scheduling help websites crash every time I try to access them, which is beyond frustrating. If you have discontinued your service, please inform us so we can make arrangements to switch to another platform.

This is an edited app review after using it for around 6 months, no doubt this is fabolous app but there is no support at all. Means i have been followingup for one thing for last 3 months, but nobody cares to give answers. If you need support, give them 1 star rating here and somebody will connect and solve the issue, then you can revise the rating when your work is done, there is no other way to get support.

I Bought the app and now no more support. They will not fix issues.my app doe snot open and way too slow. I literally need to beg them to even get a little help. I am migrating to other app builder.i will never use them again. one of the most horrible experience.

How can we have support from you since you have not answered the chat messages on the page or through WhatsApp for months?

In fact, this is our third store, and we are trying to create an app with their APIs. Unfortunately, contacting customer service is rarely responsive, and if they do respond, it's usually just a brief "hello" and then they disappear. The customer service is very, very poor.

Can't seem to access our swipecart account or page & have no way of contacting the swipecart support team. Will change this review if they respond...

Swipecart has been very helpful. We were able to connect our website and seamlessly transit to app both on google and ios platform. The customer service was good too. Thanks to Krishna!!!

I was looking for the six or seven star to note the Swipecart more the other but there are only five. I want to thank Swipecart and say: 1. A great team for customer services always here to help you and they never told you no or cannot. 2. A simple and easy app builder, very easy to add products from your store Shopify. 3. A fantastic design, with many chooses and different things that can make your app the best one. 4. Affordable prices, not very expensive regarding the services offered. I am so happy to recommend Swipecart to everyone in everywhere. Close your eyes and go ahead. IT IS FANTASTIC.

Quick and easy to deploy BUT customer service is poor and we have had constant issues. Not unusual to wait 2-3 days for a reply/fix, which can be damaging to your business if it's stopping sales

The app is fairly user-friendly, but it has too many features for someone as busy as me, a business owner. I've been attempting to cancel my subscription and can't find an option for downgrading or cancellation on the Plans & Billing page. I've made efforts to get in touch through the help icon, WhatsApp, and email, but I've received no response. If you're interested in building your own app, this might be a good fit. However, for me, it's just too time-consuming.

As a Client i didnt like the way how their support works. 1st i contacted them , the support replied in sometime and i had to wait hours for each reply from them on our support conversation, i told them this is unprofessional , if they cant provide proper support better don't provide any from the start. i reached them out to fix my Swatch into images instead of buttons & to add extra Click Extra button which is already added in the website i just wanted this synced in the application , and they told me give us access and tomorrow we will do it. i gave access waited for next day , the support contacted me that they did the R&D and the botton that i requested to implement needs the Enterprise plan or advanced. its a simple button that needs to be synced in the app and instead of retaining me as a startup client they turned me down. thats not the issue, i could find many other competing app that would love to retain clients. i contacted the support telling them i will not proceed with the enerprise or advanced i will go for started , just fix the Swatch image for me at least. the support went hours seeing my messages and not answering a word. Extreme UNPROFESIONALISM. there are many apps way better with many positive reviews

A very good service and support. The app integration is also very simple and effective. I have no complains and issue what so ever. Sonali on the other hand provided great support and fixed all the issues we had on our end.

It is easy to install and I really appreciate the customer service, the guy I am talking to Whatsapp Himanshu. they were able to help me from resizing/making some banners and logo, I know they did a lot of work for people like me who have less knowledge in IT. Talking to bad bad review I saw above. Me too i was on my way leaving them cse I shouldn't understand why I need to pay while app showing is free. I Praise Lord I Ve been contacted via WhatsApp and receive more explanation and it's make sense to pay one time set up cause the app has most things I was looking for however I asked one thing hope the will do that. I reviewed all app builders before choosing rentech , other were way too expensive for the similar features. I am using this since 2 months now and am satisfied with the app performance. However there are still some features which are necessary but missing on swipecart. They are open for suggestions the team informed me they are working on them and will soon be rolled out. Overall happy with swipecart.

Terrible customer service I have an issue with Swipe Cart mobile App builder, you have the App listed as free on the App Store, then once I get on the information section I realized that you have many Paid plans. There is a free plan but there is a fee for uploading your App to the App the store of $49, my main issue is I downloaded the App and there is a trial time for the free plan as well, now you are asking me to pay $49 in order to access the free plan. I think this is misleading! You have not address this concern even though I reached out to you a few times, you keep asking me if I want a 7 day extension on the plan which is free. There is no way it is ethical to ask me to pay $49 to access the free plan when you have $49 listed for uploading the Apps to the App(s) store. I would not recommend this App for beginners, moreover customer service is poor, they just ignore you.

Excellent company the services from start to finish has been incredible, I was aliitle concerned at the beginning thinking they may not understand what i am wanting fom my app but i must say i am really impressed. If you are looking for a mobile app for your website from shopify, This is the place you need to be dont waste your money anywhere else.
