Our company used Live Me Up for a live shopping event last week and I can't say enough great things about it! Chan and Bruno from the Live Me Up team met with me virtually before the event to run through everything and ensure that I was comfortable using the platform. They answered all of my questions and even offered to jump on a quick call minutes before the event started to make sure everything was set up correctly. I highly recommend Live Me Up and hope you love it as much as we do!

LiveMeUp has been a great partner. They were extremely helpful in getting set-up and comfortable with the platform and their support responds quickly when we have questions. We find the app easy to use and we love the analytics! The LiveMeUp team continues to give us ongoing optimization tips so that we can improve the performance of our live shopping shows. I am typically skeptical of apps and carefully consider reviews before making a decision. However, I must say that this app is truly exceptional. It is the first app that I have shared with my fellow Shopify store owner friends. Live Me Up has made live shopping incredibly easy to navigate. Furthermore, the customer service provided by this app is unparalleled. Unlike other apps where I am left waiting days for a response via email, my personal account representative, Chanida, goes above and beyond by scheduling Zoom calls with me, sharing her screen, and guiding me through the usage of Live Me Up for our site. I highly recommend getting this app now as it has the potential to generate sales from the very first live show you host.

The app takes a little getting used to (toggle between computer and phone) but once you're set up, it has a lot of functionality. You can stream to multiple sources (a huge bonus) and their support team is fantastic. Great for brands who have a lot of visitors to their sites and want to boost conversion.

La mise en place des lives est très intuitive et facile d'utilisation pour nos clients. De plus les statistiques et chiffres post live sont poussés et intéressants à observer pour pouvoir s'améliorer au fur et à mesure.

Très pratique pour les clients qui retrouvent directement les produits dont on parle pendant le live. Permet d'avoir des analyses des produits les plus vus et ceux qui ont intéressé le plus les clients.

Très bonne solution qui s'intègre facilement avec Shopify. Service support très disponible. Accompagnement client pour progresser et utiliser correctement les fonctionnalités. Je recommande !

The app is great. It really helps our business. It's easy to understand and has excellent features. It's simple to follow and navigate. The support experience is also fantastic—they're quick and easy to talk to. Additionally, you can request them to join and suggest what should be done during live sessions. So far, this is the best live app we've used.

Great app to add shoppable videos to a product or collection! We love doing Live with the app, the clients love to watch the live while being able to shop at the same time!

This app was a good choice for our first Live Shopping Event. Setting up an event and customizing it with our brand is incredibly easy. The automatic creation of the landing page saved us a lot of effort. The customer success team is outstanding. They were available for a demo right away, answered all our questions, and even attended a dry run to ensure everything was perfect for our first event. The Shopify integration works seamlessly. Although you might need an additional tool like Streamyard for multiple speakers, the integration and broadcasting are straightforward. If you need to keep a record of registrations and attendees you'll need extra tools as well. Overall, if you are working on your first event and need a reliable tool, this is a great app! Reliable, easy to use, and to customize.

This is a very intuitive app. Easy to install, easy to associate with your products, plus it's super easy to operate. The support team is highly responsive and completely transparent. It's like they are a part of your team. I highly recommend this app. :)

This is such an easy to use app, very user-friendly, great UX and one can tell the people behind it have thought through the user's experience and the value the app brings to a ecommerce shop. The support is incredible and is super helpful along the way as well to provide tips and tricks how to apply the features of the app. I can't recommend this app and the people behind it enough! If I could I would give more stars.

We've used a lot of live shopping apps and this is definitely one of the better live shopping apps out there! So easy to use, setup was easy. All the integrations and features are thoughtful and make sense. And it is definitely designed so we can use these lives for future marketing seamlessly. Customer service is stellar. I can't recommend this app enough.
