I wanted to select a different presentation method to visitors of our webshop to select their preferred language. I could not get things right in the presentation method, but Suzan helped me quickly to get things done. But then I wanted to deviate from the standard, and even that was fixed quickly by Suzan. She is the best.

This is a valuable application that can translate without problems even for sites that separate languages by domain. The support is friendly and always helpful.

Love the product, would be amazing if we could have a translator that blends in with our theme for a more pleasing look.

I love the app; it has opened markets for me at a reasonable price. If you want to add accurate translations to your website on a directory (e.g., xxx.com/fr) or a subdomain (e.g., fr.xxx.com), then this app might be right for you.

My 2nd install on Shopify stores. This app does it all, really easy to setup if you follow the instructions then lots of ways to mod it for your specific purposes. Support by Vahan was super professional and helpful.

I encountered a technical problem that I couldn't solve and contacted customer service. Suzan was very professional and quickly helped me solve it. This software is very user-friendly and highly recommended! Thank you again Suzan!

The app is good but when you get other apps/widgets that need translation it may take weeks for them to translate it. They are not open for support in the weekends either. Support is fast though but not always the solution.

The apps works, but not on all fronts. It doesn't (automatically) translate reviews from the Yotpo app (like with the rest of the site) via the ''Auto switch to browser language'' function. Only when you refresh the page or reselect the country flag. Also this Yotpo app review text is not a fixed content (section) of the website itself - it is not visible when editing the site from the frontside (creating extra subdomains will not work in our opinion), so we had the feeling the text 'initially' stays locked when someone is visiting the page for first time. We have asked the Support team of G-translate to get this fixed/unclocked. We asked for help, and been told if we upgraded our subscription plan to paid (again) we would get the help. But once we have done that, it turned out (almost directly) it could not be solved. It makes it a bit sad because we already made it clear from the beginning we already have subdomains via Translate & Adapt and showed screenshots of it as well. So they could have known and advised us earlier instead of advising to get paid plan first. Therefore it makes it a bit less experience. If it can be looked at and fixed properly then we would be grateful

Straightforward, easy to use and great tech support (Suzan and Dmitry) that solves small issues you might have in an heartbeat !
