Does everything we want and more. After installing the app we were able to display everything we wanted for estimated delivery date. They also improved the app to allow out of stock Estimated Delivery Date when Continue Selling When Out Of Stock is activated which allows us to take orders as the replenishment stock comes in and display an accurate date. On top of that, we wanted Variant Specific control for bulky items that we may dropship and they even custom coded that for a small fee. Overall Very Very happy with the app and we tried several.

Two updates in this review – 1 update after initial installation, and 1 after the issues I experienced were corrected. Update 1: This app on the surface appeared perfect for my needs. And to save 17% on the price, I purchased the annual plan at $79.99. Sadly, since installed on May 14th, I’m still not able to use it. Issue 1: May 15th: Tried to add a product specific message however no products would load when selecting the relevant Collection the products were part of. Raised a support ticket on May 15 and happily it was resolved the next day. However, I’m a little amazed at how such a common item such as a “collection” could possibly be an issue for this app out of the box. Issue 2: May 20th. Cannot even view the app – just a blank screen when it is selected from Shopify > Apps. Raised support ticket on May 20th. On May 23rd was advised “We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced. We’re very sorry. We will take care of the “issue” on top priority for you. Please hold patience with us.” May 25th, asked for an update on this top priory tissue. So, after almost 2 weeks (post app installation) I was not able to use it and only received an update after the day after this review was posted. Updated 2: On May 26th Support team contacted me and corrected the Issue 2 that was raised on May 20th . After giving them store access Issue 2 was corrected. Then after an uninstall and reinstall the app began to load again….but…..Issue 1 was now back and I could not find any collections in the “product specific message” section. After alerting their support team it was rectified within 24 hours. But again, I’m a little amazed at how such a common item such as a “collection” could possibly be an issue for this app out of the box (and also after it was previously corrected). Now, all that being said, the app has worked flawlessly since. It took a while and support did fix finally the issues after a bit of prodding on my behalf. Would I recommend it ? YES. But, be aware that from my experience so far the support are not as attentive as other apps I have used.

All apps in Shopify can be a pain most times. Although they normally do what you need them to do, there is always a handoff. Element might not sit right on the page, fonts wrong, doesn't update, crashes. These are issues we all have to deal with. This is why it's super important to use an app developer that makes themselves readily available to always help fix these little issues and bugs. And that is something i found with this app. developers were always responsive to any problems i had through a very quick and helpful WhatsApp group. No emails, no waiting days and days for answers. Very happy with the level of support offered.

I was looking for a simple App that informed my customers as to when they would receive their package if they ordered. I found this order deliver estimation app that would suit my needs. If my customer liked a product, on the same page, I am able to inform my customers, when the shipment will be delivered. The customer service has been outstanding, I see that they have added more features from the time I started using them. I would recommend this app & the company if you are looking for an order delivery estimation feature.
