App does exactly as it says. Easy and quick to configure!

It works like a charm, easy to install and use!

Do Not USE this app.... incredibly below awful not even average app. So may better apps for cheaper on shopify. The support was so useless and rude then left my store open to multiple attacks, do to the underperformance of the "bot" as well as the design in software. Do yourself a favor and don't use this beyond useless app, with incredibly rude and awful support.

Excellent application to block Bots, VPN and Proxy connections usually used to make fraudulent transactions, it can also block unwanted IPs or countries, avoiding unwanted traffic to your store. In my personal experience I had a user using my store to test their stolen credit cards and this application stopped him immediately, excellent recommended.

Unfortunately, their Bot blocker feature is not working properly.

Blocky is a wonderful app, I would recommend using Blocky. It really helps me to keep the scamming countries off my website. Thank you Blocky.

I am a fan. Started using this after receiving too many fraudulent orders. Easy to install, easy to set up, seems to be working well. I was amazed by how many views/orders from outside the country that it was able to block.

Blocky is one of the best experiences I've encountered in my life. This app is a life saver for me. I've been experiencing online stalking for the past 9 years. No matter where I go online, my stalker has been wreaking havoc. I recently noticed suspicious activities from my Shopify store that I've yet to launch, because I want to ensure that my store is protected from hackers, online predators, scammers, spammers, etc. More importantly, I don't want any of my potential customers to be harmed in any kind of way. I'm blessed to have this app! I want to praise the developers of this app for creating it and making it available to people who operate in the ecommerce industry. Kudos Blocky!

Uttery useless. Took me less than 5 minutes to defeat. This app will only block honest customers.

I installed Blocky because I kept receiving unwanted solicitations for SEO/digital marketing/website development/Shopify expert services. I recently contacted Shopify support about this very issue, and they were unable to help me. It really, really irritated me that these people were auditing my site and getting glimpses into my site traffic, sales reports, and other data that I consider sensitive and rather personal. I don't know about you, but I don't like people poking around in my business unless I specifically invite them to, and these people were definitely NOT invited. Since I installed Blocky and blocked certain countries and regions, I have not gotten a single solicitation email. Not a single one. I looked at my reports, and Blocky has -- to date -- performed 310 Country Blocks & Redirects, 103 IP Blocks, and 472 Proxy & VPN Blocks. So the app is working, and doing exactly what I wanted it to do. Thank you, Haseeb and the dev team, for coming up with this great solution to my unique problem. I'll definitely be telling Shopify support about this app so they can recommend it to other shop owners like myself, who don't like getting randomly audited by faceless people over the Internet. Thank you for helping to protect my store data and my privacy. Worth every penny.

So far it's working great! Very easy to use and works instantly. My only find is that right clicking is still enabled on the VPN/Proxy Blocking Landing Page. I'm sure the devs could fix this pretty quick. :) Other then that, I love Blocky & I'll continue to use it to provide security for my users data.

Excellent customer service! They are great at explaining questions in a simple way so even those of us who aren't technically savvy can understand and make the best choices for our sites.

This is a fantastic app, but the customer service is even better. We've made a couple of minor suggestions and they have been very responsive. We will go out of our way to use some of their other products.

Great app

Great app to block problem customers and/or problem areas. Over the years we have had some unsavory characters visit our website either trying to inject malicious scripts or trying to commit fraudulent activity. Lately, in Shopify, we've had a few customers that just like placing orders and then either cancel or not following through with payment. This can cost a small fortune in merchant fees as well as time and aggravation. With the Blocky app, we were able to not just cancel orders but prevent them from happening in the first place. Highly recommended!!!
